First, it forces an innocent young girl named Anne to listen to a recitation of the capitals of obscure nations of the world.
It gets even worse when a street cleaner tries to help and is sucked into the pothole to face his eighth grade geography teacher! How do you get rid of a pothole-tergist? The answer may surprise you.
