Heritage is an American folk tale about the Lincoln Women in two parts

From the time of his maternal grandmother, Lucy Hanks, through his marriage to Mary Todd and life in the White House, we see how these women were influential in shaping the life and destiny of the Sixteenth president, who - although he never appears in the play - is a constant presence
