Dr Glow is perturbed when his National Health Care Clinic is hired out to private consultant, Dr Boxclever, who charges outrageous fees for unnecessary treatment. Boxclever persuades Glow to impersonate an eminent specialist, but a twist in the tale ensures that all get what they deserve and all ends happily.
