Scrooge is a Harlem slumlord about to foreclose an apartment house, a recreation centre and a church

But then his late partner and the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future take him on their rounds

Finally, he comes upon his own grave after watching Tiny Tim's burial procession

Shedding his old life and his nightshirt, he orders Chinese food and Jewish deli (the only food available this Christmas morn) for the Cratchits

There's one addition to the classic tale - a rousing gospel number in a Baptist church

Otherwise the only difference is that Scrooge, Marley, the Cratchits and all are Black
