By the Time I'm Twenty

Published by Renaissance Entertainment Experience
By The Time I'm Twenty is a one-act play with an anti-violence message for the youth in urban cities — say no to drugs and stay in school
The story centers on Lawrence, a fifteen-year-old who wants to make it big in the hood by selling drugs out of his parent's home
He wants jewellery, name brand gym shoes, and popularity
However, when the two friends who talked him into selling drugs are killed in the crack house they were running, he has a change of heart
This decision evolves into a web of trouble he thought wouldn't happen.
Now he must ask himself a million-dollar question:
Will he make it to twenty?
