Synopsis

An Exercise in Confusion

Glenn Beatty

Published by Cyberpress

9 Male 5 Female

This one-act play teaches tolerance, listening and accepting others

The non-linear piece is composed of short two-person and chorus scenes plus a few monologues that give people a look at how we treat each other, how we often do not listen to each other and some reasons why

Technically, it is a wonderful challenge because the actors experience performing synchronized, precise work in a fast-paced chorus and individual scenes, learn to be depended upon and in doing so, feel the unity of contributing, being part of something bigger than themselves, acting with one voice.
